New little den! 10 more days until cycle 6!!!

I share a room with my two big sisters; well when my sister isn't at university. We have a triple bunk bed and because do all my side effects I've not been able to sleep in my bed for a while now so I've been on the floor! - not comfy at all!
So my parents surprised me and made me a little den in the corner with a rather comfy bed! I've not a good night sleep in so long until I slept here! I can't believe I am nearly there now. Just 10 more days until cycle 6!! just so exciting! I know it's going to take effort to get back to normal after and recover but I am planning on just taking it easy until the new year and just have me time and start everything fresh again next year. I know my muscles and hands won't recover just like that so I need to be slow. It can also be a bit strange after being looked after so well by people for over 6 months that change maybe weird.
I am just looking forward to the new year now and hopefully just having this is as a long lost memory!
My hair is growing so much every day as well!!!!

  1. Hello Heidi,

I have stumbled across this, as I grew up with your Dad and Paula...she was my best friend when we were little. Your dad and paul cut a big chunk out of my hair once as it got caught in a spring...needless to say I was in big trouble when I went home! Anyway, what I really wanted to say was what an inspirational young lady you are. This blog is a journey which you have chosen to share with the world, which I applaud. You face your challenges with bravery and your honesty is touching. Thank you for inspiring me in my life Heidi. I wish you a continued recovery, I hope you have an AMAZING time in the USA, which is an amazing trip to look forward to and well deserved. I also look forward to being a part of your journey by following your inspiring words of wisdom (for one so young.) With much love to you and all yoru family, Sarah Colliver (Raymond)

  2. Hello Sarah :)
This really made me smile! I really wanted to write this blog to encourage other sufferers that it isn't scary if you put on your positive head and just be truthful to yourself! I am so excited for USA :) Will be exciting and I can spend my birthday being happy! Luckily I was able to celebrate my 18th before falling ill in March. It has been a tough year but I've come out stronger!
Thanks so much for your kind message though! xx
