In hospital due to a cold and a bit of a temperature

As I am neutropenic and having chemotherapy colds and things like that need to be taken more seriously because they can lead to nasty things.
Yesterday we called UCL and asked them what to do and they said to go to our local hospital - St. Peter's. I was given an injection in my tummy to stop clots and been given a blood transfusion and am currently having one again now. I didn't think this would happen but I guess I gotta do what I have to do.
I was told if my neutrophils don't go up enough I may not be able to have chemotherapy on Monday which would be annoying.
I have had a bit of a temperature but not too high, highest has been 37.9
Lets hope I won't be here too long!
